Serve as the main point of contact for the Human Resources Department
Develop HR goals, objectives, and systems.
Carry out and/or cause to be carried out all HR and staff development functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, HR administration, performance monitoring, and compliance.
Provide assistance to staff regarding any HR issue.
Periodically review the records to ensure proper and timely payment is made to staff.
Ensure employee records are accurate, including old staff.
Qualifications
Must have a B.sc degree in Human Resources or in any relative field
Must have 1 or more relevant experience in HR.
Experience recruiting and successfully managing consultants, and ensuring the quality of their products.
Excellent leadership, management, and written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
