Responsibilities

Office Management:



  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the offices.

  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.


Scheduling:



  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for Management.


Correspondence:



  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications.

  • Draft and edit correspondence and reports.


Record Keeping:



  • Maintain and update records and databases.


Supply Management:



  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.

  • Manage procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.


Staff Support:



  • Assist staff with administrative needs.

  • Prepare vacancy adverts, share on all platforms, and shortlist credible candidates for interview.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Management team.


Event Planning:



  • Organize and coordinate events or meetings.

  • Be Secretary at all company meetings.


Communication:



  • Facilitate internal communication within the organization.


Policy Implementation:



  • Implement and enforce organizational policies.


Problem Solving:



  • Address administrative issues and solve problems.


Technology Proficiency:



  • Utilize office software and technology effectively.


Collaboration:



  • Work collaboratively with other departments.


Adaptability:



  • Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.


Confidentiality:



  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


Reporting:



  • Generate and present reports as needed.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess B.Sc. Degrees with 4 - 6 years relevant work experience.
