A brief overview of the role

• Profile prospective visa applicants, and render advisory services as it relates to visa processing booking of appointments, checklist, and key understanding of Immigration Rules


• Assist customers in completing fill-in forms and documentation for visa procurement and submission at the Embassies.

KEY DUTIES

• Complete visa documentation


• Book Appointment for visas


• Attend to direct customer inquiries


• Attend to Affiliates/ Sub Agents request


• Process all types of visas including Transit Visa


• Generate Report


• Provide Consultation and visa advisory service


• Generate Leads and New Markets for Visa

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

• First Degree with four years of experience in visa processing

KNOWLEDGE (include technical knowledge):

• Knowledge of Timatic and Travel Geography


• Documentation and Profiling Skills


• Customer service


• Multitask and Meet Deadlines


• Communication skills


• Problem-solving skills


• Basic Computer Knowledge
