Job Summary
Being the first contact to the Organization, the Front Desk Officer must at all times portray the Company as a customer-centric Organization, with the primary purpose of satisfying all stakeholders.
Job Details
- Maintain the ambience of the Front Office and Meeting Room
- Documents all correspondences coming in and going out of the office
- Attend courteously and professionally to all visitors, clients and vendors that come into the office and ensure that the appropriate people see them within the shortest possible time.
- Ensure the full implementation of the client Charter.
- Record and relay to the right persons, all calls, visits and inquiries via telephone, online chat and/or physical appearance.
- Comply with timelines as detailed under the organization manual.
- Responding to letters from Shareholders/Stockbrokers enquiries
- Update of shareholders records e.g. e-dividends/e-bonuses mandates, e-mail addresses, contacts numbers.
- Scanning of Transfer forms, Banker's confirmation, CSCS documents, Signature mandates, e-dividend forms etc for upload to the shareholder's database.
- Generate Income as earlier agreed in the attached schedules.
- Provide support for all client related activities.
- Execute any other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the CEO or the HODs
- Any other assignment as may be assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
- A good first degree in Business Administration/Management Science/Social Science related discipline.
- At least, 2 years of experience on a similar position in the banking sector/financial services sector
