Job Summary
- As a Two-Wheeler Sales Executive (Channel Sales), you will be responsible for driving sales of two-wheeler vehicles through various channels.
- Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and dealerships to achieve sales targets.
- You will also play a key role in implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealerships, and retail outlets.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between the company and channel partners.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting two-wheeler products through channel partners.
- Implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with channel partners to maximize revenue and profitability.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors' activities.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for product development and marketing strategies.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and take necessary actions to improve service quality.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to channel partners on product features, selling techniques, and after-sales services.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to channel partners to enhance their capabilities.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
