Job Summary



  • As a Two-Wheeler Sales Executive (Channel Sales), you will be responsible for driving sales of two-wheeler vehicles through various channels.

  • Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and dealerships to achieve sales targets.

  • You will also play a key role in implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

Channel Management:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealerships, and retail outlets.

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between the company and channel partners.


Sales and Revenue Generation:



  • Achieve sales targets by promoting two-wheeler products through channel partners.

  • Implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with channel partners to maximize revenue and profitability.


Market Analysis and Research:



  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors' activities.

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for product development and marketing strategies.


Customer Service and Satisfaction:



  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and take necessary actions to improve service quality.


Training and Support:



  • Provide training and support to channel partners on product features, selling techniques, and after-sales services.

Requirements and Skills



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
