Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are fully integrated into our company culture and equipped with necessary tools and knowledge.

  • Manage health insurance enrollments, updates, and queries to ensure all employees receive their entitled health benefits without discrepancies.

  •  Facilitate the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining a positive lasting relationship.

  • Organize and coordinate HR-related meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared.

  •  Plan and execute celebratory events within the organization to foster community and recognize employee milestones.

  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

  • Support the coordination and execution of training programs and workshops to promote employee development.

  • Administer employee leave applications and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with policies.

  • Craft and distribute essential HR communications that align with our company’s values and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage internal announcements, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of important information throughout the company.

  • Oversee the probation period tracking and confirmation processes, ensuring evaluations are conducted fairly and timely.

  • Assist with various HR tasks as needed, providing support across the department to ensure operational excellence.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ethics and reliability.

  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
