About the Job

• We are currently looking for Technical Operator - Shrink Wrapper. The ideal person responsible for the efficient operation of the shrink wrapper machine for effective production activities to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction, effectiveness, and performance improvement

Responsibilities

As  a Shrink Wrapper Operator you will:

• Adhere to safety, health, quality and standard operating procedures.


• Comply and adhere to quality systems ( GMP, 5S, HACCP, ISO 22000:2005 etc)


• Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standard.


• Continually seek to identify opportunities for cost saving and more effective ways of carrying out production activities.


• Manage equipment and material inventory.


• Analyse performance and seeks ways to continually improve.


• Performs microbial analysis of environmental samples, in-process samples, water samples, finished goods to ensure compliance and to identify risk areas through trends analysis.


• Coach and guide team members, as required.


• Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standard.

Requirements

• HND / OND qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience


• Possesses active will to achieving set goals and promoting strong team spirit with the team members across the organization.


• Ability to manage situations and always motivate all the stakeholders.


• A positive attitude to work.


• Must have good communication skill.
