Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Web Agency Project Manager to join our dynamic team.


• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing web design projects, with a strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.


• This role requires excellent time management skills, a knack for maintaining structure and processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and execution of web design projects from initiation to completion.


• Work closely with designers, developers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.


• Utilize Zoho Projects to manage project schedules, resources, and communications.


• Maintain continuous alignment with the company’s core values and operational standards.


• Ensure high productivity and efficient use of resources through the adept use of productivity tools.


• Contribute to process optimization and the implementation of best practices in project management.


• Provide regular project updates and performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a web design agency.


• Familiarity with project management tools. Knowledge of Zoho Projects is a plus


• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with clients.


• Proficiency in WordPress; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.


• Must have reliable access to electricity and a stable internet connection suitable for remote work.


• Ability to adhere to deadlines and be highly productive within a structured and process-driven work environment.
