Role Summary of FMO
The FMO reports to Territory Business Manager, North with the primary objective of collating data of qualified leads for Company’s ICT Education/Training services; as well as ensuring Sales conversion.
A. Key Accountabilities
- Achieve minimum Daily Leads generation.
- Sales canvassing.
- Converting Leads in a short cycle
B. Skills and Competencies
- Personal Qualities- A passion for selling, business result-centric, versatile, and emotionally intelligent person.
- ICT Skills- At least intermediate Skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Internet usage & Social Media (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts).
- Communication- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of assigned areas.
C. Qualifications and Experience
- Education- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- Experience- Freshers will be considered (previous experience in sales canvassing will be of advantage).
D. Remuneration- Competitive, plus Commission.
