Job Summary:


As the Executive Assistant, your role is crucial in supporting our CEO's daily activities and ensuring the smooth operation of his office. This position demands exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the CEO with daily tasks and provide him with all administrative support.

  • Calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.

  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.

  • Handle confidential information discreetly.

  • Act as a liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Manage email communications and document editing.

  • Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including minute-taking.

  • Provide good support in managing travel arrangements, flight coordination, meeting scheduling, and the preparation of detailed itineraries

  • Assist in project management, tracking progress, and deadlines.

  • Maintain organized document filing and conduct research.

  • Collaborate across departments for cross-functional initiative


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related role.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or FMCG company.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and other relevant software.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
