Job Summary:
As the Executive Assistant, your role is crucial in supporting our CEO's daily activities and ensuring the smooth operation of his office. This position demands exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO with daily tasks and provide him with all administrative support.
- Calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Handle confidential information discreetly.
- Act as a liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage email communications and document editing.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including minute-taking.
- Provide good support in managing travel arrangements, flight coordination, meeting scheduling, and the preparation of detailed itineraries
- Assist in project management, tracking progress, and deadlines.
- Maintain organized document filing and conduct research.
- Collaborate across departments for cross-functional initiative
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related role.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or FMCG company.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
