Overview



  • As the HR Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping our company culture, attracting top talent, and fostering a high-performing IT team.

  • You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and development


Responsibilities



  • Manage employee records, ensuring adherence to policy and legal standards for personnel files, benefits, and performance reviews.

  • Spearhead recruitment efforts by crafting precise job descriptions, advertising openings, and overseeing the hiring process.

  • Offer guidance and counseling on company policies and procedures to employees as needed.

  • Efficiently process payroll, including timesheet entry, deduction calculation, and paycheck distribution.

  • Develop and execute effective onboarding strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.

  • Provide fair and consistent support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues.

  • Conduct thorough performance management and appraisal processes to drive employee development and organizational success.

  • Conduct regular reviews of employment conditions to ensure legal compliance.

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including managing contracts and work permits.

  • Prepare and present insightful HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by management.


Requirements



  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the tech industry.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of core HR functions (compensation, benefits, recruitment, training).

  • Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with HRMS experience a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
