Overview



  • The Head of Sales and Marketing will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive business growth, focusing on enhancing market share and fostering strong relationships with education sector stakeholders.


Responsibilities



  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve business growth objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to capture a dominant market share in the Nigerian and African education sector.

  • Foster strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.

  • Translate products and services into revenue.

  • Establish strong partnerships, and achieve business growth objectives.

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's reach and impact.

  • Analyze data and market trends to continually improve marketing campaigns and enhance sales & marketing performance.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in Tech.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Results-driven mindset in a target-driven environment.

  • Experience in lead generation and sales.

  • Previous experience selling IT products.

  • Confidence in pitching to C-level decision-makers.

  • Excellent charisma and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
