Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve business growth objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to capture a dominant market share in the Nigerian and African education sector.
Foster strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
Translate products and services into revenue.
Establish strong partnerships, and achieve business growth objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's reach and impact.
Analyze data and market trends to continually improve marketing campaigns and enhance sales & marketing performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in Tech.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-driven mindset in a target-driven environment.
Experience in lead generation and sales.
Previous experience selling IT products.
Confidence in pitching to C-level decision-makers.
