Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Inspections: Assist in conducting quality inspections of food, beverages, and service delivery to ensure compliance with company standards and guest expectations.
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities, including checklists, reports, and corrective action plans.
- Process Improvement:Collaborate with the quality control team to identify areas for improvement in food preparation, presentation, service delivery, and overall guest experience.
- Training Support:Assist in training staff members on quality control procedures, food safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Feedback Analysis:Collect and analyze guest feedback, complaints, and suggestions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies at all times.
- Project Support:Support special quality control projects and initiatives as assigned by the Quality Control Manager or senior team members.
- Learning and Development:Take advantage of learning opportunities to deepen understanding of quality control practices, hospitality industry standards, and operational processes.
