Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Lounge Manager with exceptional operational and managerial skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our lounge.


• The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our esteemed customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.


• 5+ years relevant work experience.


• Proven track record of success in the hospitality industry with experience in high-end guest service. Previous airport lounge experience is desirable.


• Proficiency in French is advantageous.


• Strong computer literacy.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse individuals.


• Problem-solving abilities.


• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team with fairness and empathy.


• Demonstrated ownership and commitment to achieving growth.
