• Optimist Media Group is seeking creative and dedicated individuals to join our team as Video Editors. Responsibilities

•  Create high-quality videos that align with the organization's creative vision and objectives.


•  Capture a wide range of subjects, including events, products.


•  Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand their production needs and preferences.


•  Utilize various videography techniques and equipment to achieve desired outcomes.


•  Edit and enhance videos using post-processing software to ensure the highest quality results.


•  Manage and maintain videography equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.


•  Stay updated with videography trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills.


•  Organize and manage digital files, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.


•  Work with the marketing team to provide visual content for promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns.


•  Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative videography concepts.

Education + Experience

•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in media propduction will also be an added advantage.


•  Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio.


•  Proficiency in using various videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.


•  Knowledge of composition, lighting, and color theory to create visually compelling videos.


•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.


•  Ability to work in various environments and adapt to different videography scenarios.


•  Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for visual content.


•  Familiarity with digital asset management and organization.
