• Optimist Media Group is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Graphics Designer. Responsibilities

•  Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.


•  Assist in the development and execution of design concepts, layouts, and artwork.


•  Support in the production of marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.


•  Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for projects.


•  Help maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.


•  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Education + Experience

•  Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).


•  Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.


•  Prior experience (1-2 years) in graphic design or a related role is preferred.


•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.


•  A portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative projects is required.
