• Optimist Media Group is seeking creative and dedicated individuals to join our team as Photographers. Responsibilities

•  Create high-quality photographs that align with the organization's creative vision and objectives.


•  Capture a wide range of subjects, including events, products, portraits, and landscapes.


•  Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand their photography needs and preferences.


•  Utilize various photography techniques and equipment to achieve desired outcomes.


•  Edit and enhance photographs using post-processing software to ensure the highest quality results.


•  Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.


•  Stay updated with photography trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills.


•  Organize and manage digital files, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.


•  Work with the marketing team to provide visual content for promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns.


•  Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative photography concepts.

Education + Experience

•  Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.


•  Proven experience as a Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse photographic styles.


•  Proficiency in using various photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.


•  Knowledge of composition, lighting, and color theory to create visually compelling images.


•  Experience in portrait photography, event photography, and post-processing techniques.


•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.


•  Ability to work in various environments and adapt to different photography scenarios.


•  Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for visual content.


•  Familiarity with digital asset management and organization.
