As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be our client’s first point of contact, creating a welcoming and positive experience. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments, providing information about our salon services, managing client inquiries and requests, processing payments, and contributing to retail sales. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless salon operations.

Remuneration:


The monthly salary is N150,000

Working Hours:



  • Mondays: 8:30 a.m.-7:00 7:00pm

  • Tuesday-Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.


Responsibilities:



  • Appointment Management: Schedule appointments and provide information about salon services.

  • Client Communication: Manage client inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses via phone, chat, or email

  • Payment Processing: Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.

  • Retail Support: Assist with retail sales of salon products.

  • Client Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless operation of the salon.
