Role Overview:

• We seek a proactive and innovative individual to join our Research and Development (R&D) team as an Associate.


• In this role, you will work closely with our team to create design documents and drawings. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting research to support our projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the R&D team in creating design documents and drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PV design tools.


• Research to support the development of innovative solutions in the fields of renewable energy, agriculture, and sustainable infrastructure.


• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and solve complex engineering problems.


• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of engineering

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or MSc engineering student (mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering preferred) who possesses the following:


• Functional personal Laptop with at least Windows 11 installed (Mandatory).


• Proficient in the use of software tools such as 2D/3D CAD drawing software, Renewable Energy/PV design tools, MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), etc., is a MUST.


• Good technical report writing skills and presentation abilities.


• Strong research skills and a passion for innovation and sustainable development.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate proactiveness.
