Candidates should possess the following
- Understanding of the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including planning, development, and optimization.
- Ability to conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Skills in developing and maintaining product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in managing product development projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Strong communication skills for presenting product strategies, plans, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Capacity to gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions for product challenges.
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Understanding of market positioning and differentiation strategies for the product.
Qualification
- Education: A HND or B.Sc. degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Product Management courses is an added advantage.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a Product Management Role is beneficial but not mandatory for this internship position.
