  • GText Holdings is a global conglomerate company that currently has over seven subsidiaries under her umbrella with a global presence across Africa , Europe , North America and Asia especially the US and UAE. The company is into Real Estate, Construction, Media, Consulting, Investment and Agriculture.

  • We are seeking an experienced and innovative Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of human resource management principles and practices. The Human Resource Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions

  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs

  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements

  • Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and provide feedback

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

  • Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance

  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred years of experience in human resource management, with a minimum of [5] years in a managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

  • Attention to detail and good judgement.

  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.

  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications

  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
