Role Overview:
- As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. You will be responsible for both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to reaching our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Oversee ATL campaigns, including advertising, media planning, and public relations.
- Manage BTL activities such as events, promotions, and partnerships to engage customers and drive conversions.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to optimize marketing efforts and achieve targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing team lead or similar role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ATL and BTL marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms is desirable.
