  • We are looking for stellar HR Generalists to join the People and Culture Team! You will be a key driver in championing. HR initiatives and providing strategic support across various functions.

  • You will work closely with leadership to enhance employee engagement, and talent development, and ensure the alignment of HR practices with business objectives.


Job Details


Talent Acquisition:



  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

  • Determine selection criteria

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

  • Lead employer branding initiatives

  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Functional/Technical:



  • 5-8 years experience proven experience as an HR Generalist, People Partner, HRBP or related role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and industry best practices.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven capacity to adapt to changes, pivot quickly, and manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Comfort and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related technologies.

  • Ability to leverage technology for efficient HR processes and data-driven decision-making.

  • Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations in HR practices.
