We are looking for stellar HR Generalists to join the People and Culture Team! You will be a key driver in championing. HR initiatives and providing strategic support across various functions.
You will work closely with leadership to enhance employee engagement, and talent development, and ensure the alignment of HR practices with business objectives.

Talent Acquisition:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Functional/Technical:
5-8 years experience proven experience as an HR Generalist, People Partner, HRBP or related role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and industry best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven capacity to adapt to changes, pivot quickly, and manage competing priorities effectively.
Ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
Comfort and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related technologies.
Ability to leverage technology for efficient HR processes and data-driven decision-making.
