Objective & Summary:

As a Junior ERP Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the organization. You will work closely with the ERP team to support various modules, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ERP software modules.


• Provide technical support for ERP system users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors.


• Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data validation processes.


• Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations.


• Assist in developing and maintaining system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.


• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and technologies.

Requirements

Experience, Education and / or Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in the same role.


• Prior experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, is preferred.
