Maintain the day-to-day control of all accounting and finance systems to ensure the complete and accurate processing of financial data by internal procedures.
Maintain reliable and accurate accounting records for the company and produce management accounts as necessary to facilitate the effective management of the company.
Produce regular analyses of income and expenditure to assist managers in the budget monitoring process.
Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial-related issues.
Review procurements, payments, purchase authorization, financial transactions, and administrative functions.
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and project requirements.
Complete bank reconciliations
Establish and maintain an effective financial management framework covering treasury, financial control and management information systems, processes and, which support business objectives and enable the effortless production of relevant periodic reports.
Develop and implement effective finance and accounting systems, processes, procedures, and policies that provide effective controls in the deployment and utilization of funds.
Manage the budgetary process to ensure all budgets adequately reflect periodic resource requirements and revenue estimates for the business; coordinate the periodic financial performance monitoring and reporting of the company.
Ensures processes and or procedures are effectively complied with, including regulatory or statutory requirements.
Ensure the provision of timely, comprehensive, and accurate management accounts that enable the decision-making process.
Effectively manage company taxes and other statutory returns to regulatory authorities.
Effective management of procurements and stock to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
