We're seeking a talented and organized Sales and Executive Sales Partner Coordinator to join our team in Uyo and Lagos. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and Executive Sales Partners (ESPs) by streamlining processes, managing data, and ensuring seamless client communication.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team and ESPs in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification.
Create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Manage deal pipelines and schedule appointments.
Coordinate communication with potential and existing clients.
Generate accurate reports and maintain client databases.
Provide strategic and administrative support to assigned ESPs.
Prepare meeting agendas and materials for client presentations.
Schedule travel arrangements and logistics for ESPs.
Assist with contract preparation and proposal finalization.
Manage communication between ESPs, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with external partners a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
