Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Digital Personal Loan team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through B2B2C sales of our private sector loan products, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and experience in a lending company or financial institution.
Job Details
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth targets, with a focus on B2B2C sales of private sector loan products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis, with a focus on key industries and sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including business owners, CEOs, and finance directors
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote our loan products and services, with a focus on highlighting the benefits and value proposition
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and drive business growth
- Continuously monitor and report on sales performance and market trends, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a lending company or financial institution
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and lending products
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
