Job Summary



  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team, with a focus on selling loans to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling loans to HNIs, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.


Job Details



  • Identify and pursue new HNI sales opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored loan solutions

  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote our loan products and services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition

  • Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and drive business growth

  • Continuously monitor and report on sales performance and market trends, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sales strategies


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience selling loans to HNIs

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions

  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry and lending products

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in wealth management or private banking

  • Knowledge of the private wealth market and competitive landscape

  • Experience with sales strategy development and execution

  • Strong network of contacts in the private sector
