Duties

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees


• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules


• Oversee and coach employees


• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance


• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements


• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Etc

Skills

• Effective communication


• Sound Computer knowledge ( especially on Excel package)


• Had previous experience as  a supervisor or similar role.


• Can withstand pressure and deliver at utmost best.


• Open to learn.

• Transparent and dedicated to the job. Etc
