We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help our client build up their business activities Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Ultimately, you’ll help our client meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our client’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Generate sales of properties with existing and new clients prospects.
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Set up meetings with potential clients and close deals.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Conduct inspections of property with prospective clients.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements and skills
Minimum of B.sc in relevant field.
2-3yrs Proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate industry
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
