Job Description

• Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams including finance, production, human resources, logistics and procurement in providing actionable insights.


• Provide teams and stakeholders with actionable insights and analysis reports based on data to support decision making efforts.


• Collect data from numerous data sources, clean data and analyze data to identify trends, likely causes of trends and advise management.


• Build and analyze automated dataset dashboards to predict issues before they arise, identify bugs in data and resolve them.


• Support individual team members by creating customizable tabular or visual reports with ad hoc reporting via SQL and Excel.


• Communicate and present technical information with non-technical team members and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, economics, statistics or a related field.


• 3 -5 years experience working in technical data analysis, business intelligence role in a Manufacturing industry, FMCG or a related industry.


• Hands-on and proven solid experience in SQL, PowerBI and MS Excel.


• Experience with designing reports and dashboards to aid management in decision making.


• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation.

Core Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software e.g., SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Excel, Tableau.


• Proficiency in creating Data visualization


• Data cleaning


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
