Position Overview:

• As the Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our company.


• You will oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives and growth initiatives.


• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.


• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.


• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.


• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.


• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
