Key Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for all travel and transport-related matters including flight bookings, accommodation for travelling staff and servicing of taxi requests


• Supervise and coordinate field operations, including delivery schedules, dispatching, and transportation activities


• Timely planning, communication, and coordination with the requesting staff/programs regarding their travel requests


• Liaising with travel service providers for provision of travel services


• Collect and share market intelligence information that may be critical for effective provision of Travel and Transport services


• Monitor the performance of transport and travel service providers and initiate corrective actions where necessary


• Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by supervisor


• Manages the fleet reporting and analysis

Requirements

• SSCE or OND in any relevant field of discipline


• 0-2 years of relevant work experience


• Must be of close proximity to the above named Location


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Great attention to detail


• At least an average proficiency in Ms- Word


• Experience in a Transport or Logistics Company is also an added advantage
