We are excited to announce that we are in search of hardworking and experienced candidates to join our client sales team.As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for finding out prospective customers and supporting deposit mobilization drive, loan disbursement and management within assigned territories for the bank.

Job Functions
Prospecting and on-boarding new customers
Presenting products and services to customers
Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas
Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers
Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies
Attending trade shows and other industry-related events
Regular sales reports and providing market/competitors feedback
Carrying out loan verification as soon as requests are received from customers
Maintaining a steady growing portfolio of customers
Ensure proper documentation of all loan requests and customers
Regularly mop-up repayments from customers
Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
Handle questions and complaints professionally
Job Requirements
OND, HND or B.sc in Banking, Finance, Marketing or in a related field of study
Excellent communication and people skills
Apt in negotiating and persuading
Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
Experience in similar role will be an added advantage
