Job Functions
- To support the business deposit mobilization division
- Source for high end customers and persuade them to deposit money into the bank.
- Creating and implementing a business plan that will help the organization attract a lot of fresh deposits from targeted markets with known volumes.
- Fostering and maintaining connections with corporate clients and individual depositors.
- Support and enhance new methods for rewarding depositors with interest on regular and fixed deposits.
- Establish contact with both new and existing customers
- Identify target markets with identified volumes in order to drive high volumes of funds to the Company
- Advice clients on deposit status
- Ensure that due diligence is always applied to meet the regulator’s standards and defend the interests of the organization and the depositors by coordinating with the management team.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Finance, Economics, Marketing or in a relevant field of study
- Relevant experience in Microfinance or commercial bank is required
- Self-motivational and ambitious
- Proven knowledge and experience selling investment products
- Targets and result oriented and willing to take responsibilities
- Team spirit and ability to work effectively as a team member towards achieving results and targets
- Ability to drive deposit mobilization and retention of deposit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Package
- Salary: N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly
- Competitive benefits package and commission.
