Job Summary



  • Daily, accurately recognizing all Facility Management related transactions onto sage.

  • Ensuring all supporting documents relating to both cash and bank transactions are properly filled on the server and physically for all facility management related expenses.

  • Correctly posting all retired Facility Management cash advances and reconciliation of the same.

  • Daily monitoring of transactions recorded in the Company's Facility Management Services General ledger accounts and review of transactions for accuracy.

  • Bi-Annually, prepare all Service Charge invoices for the period, not later than 5 working days after the end of June and December.

  • Monthly, prepare all Energy Charge invoices for electricity consumed not later than the 2nd working day after the end of the month.

  • Daily monitoring of transactions recorded in the Facility Management's Inventory module

  • Monthly, stock taking of Facility Management implements in all locations, and resolution of all stock variances by the 3rd working day of the month.

  • Monthly reconciliation of Facility Inventory module with the General ledger control account.


REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE



  • B.Sc.  (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Social Sciences or Management

  • Qualified Accountant - ACA

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Accounting for Facility Management

  • Proficiency in the use of Enterprise-wide Accounting Application such as SAGE or SAP, Ms Office packages and Power Point Presentation.
