Monitor, maintain and improve existing customer’s patronage.
Deal with field objections/enquiries
Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Converting potential customers into actual and recovering dormant customers
Achieve target on debt collection and raise all supporting documents on debt collected
Ensure that all customers’ issues are well handled properly and promptly
Regular sales call, communication with contacts and correspondence
Requirements
Holder of a B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering with a minimum of 4-7 years post NYSC relevant experience.
Possession of Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering with a track record of good Sales, Business Development and Customer Service is an added advantage. 28–35 years and ready to work in any part of Nigeria.
Must be a Team Player and Target driven.
Customer Focused and Problem Solver.
Good verbal communication, writing, presentation and computer skills. Ability to drive and possession of a valid Driver’s license.
