Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling to offer innovative and modern services.
Recommend hair care products, treatments, and styling techniques to maintain healthy hair and enhance clients' overall appearance.
Keep workstations clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
Manage appointment bookings, schedule appointments, and maintain client records accurately.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Upsell additional services and products to clients to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other salon staff, such as receptionists and assistants, to provide seamless customer service and support daily operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a hairstylist or hairdresser in a salon or similar environment.
Proficiency in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques.
Excellent knowledge of hair care products and their applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Creativity and artistic flair to deliver unique and personalized hair services.
A valid cosmetology license or certification from a recognized institution.

SSCE / NCE / OND / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years experience.
