Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Branch Manager at FCMB in Lagos.


• As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing the branch staff, and ensuring the branch meets its performance targets.

This role is based in Lagos.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for the branch.


• Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.


• Recruit and interview new employees.


• Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.


• Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.


• Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.


• Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
