Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage production processes for timely delivery.


• Maintain safety standards and analyze production data for efficiency.


• Manage fabric supplies and distribute resources to the team.


• Check garment quality and monitor team performance.


• Recruit and manage production workers for collaboration.


• Reduce wastage and maintain production machinery.


• Understand pattern drafting software and create accurate patterns.


• Generate detailed tech packs and conduct fittings.


• Maintain pattern records and stay updated on industry trends.


• Assist in digital illustration and coordinate with production.
