Job Description
Key Responsibilities may include but may not be limited to:
- Manage the MDs’ calendars and set up meetings and appointments
- To proactively take responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the MD’s work are effectively supported and managed.
- Arranging and managing meeting invitations - internally and externally, making travel arrangements as required, and managing itineraries effectively.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements Any other duties as assigned by the MD
Requirements
- First degree in any relevant field from a reputable university
- 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant/executive assistant
- Must be digital and social media savvy
- Ability to take initiative and good problem-solving skills
- Must possess a strong work ethic and astute professional by nature
- Must have a tenacious approach and must be able to work well with people Ability to multi-task and must be self-driven
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
