Job Description



Key Responsibilities may include but may not be limited to:



  • Manage the MDs’ calendars and set up meetings and appointments

  • To proactively take responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the MD’s work are effectively supported and managed.

  • Arranging and managing meeting invitations - internally and externally, making travel arrangements as required, and managing itineraries effectively.

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements Any other duties as assigned by the MD


Requirements



  • First degree in any relevant field from a reputable university

  • 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant/executive assistant

  • Must be digital and social media savvy

  • Ability to take initiative and good problem-solving skills

  • Must possess a strong work ethic and astute professional by nature

  • Must have a tenacious approach and must be able to work well with people Ability to multi-task and must be self-driven

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
