As the HR Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's mission by overseeing human resources and administrative functions
You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational goals and support employee engagement and development.
This position requires expertise in healthcare HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees and volunteers.
Provide guidance and support to department managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, including orientation programs for volunteers.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, payroll records, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with organizational leadership to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of Self starter with HR management experience, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, including experience with volunteer management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
