Position Overview:



  • As the HR Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's mission by overseeing human resources and administrative functions

  • You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational goals and support employee engagement and development.

  • This position requires expertise in healthcare HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees and volunteers.

  • Provide guidance and support to department managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, including orientation programs for volunteers.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, payroll records, and compliance documentation.

  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity principles.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of Self starter with HR management experience, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, including experience with volunteer management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
