The Role



  • The Product Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends.

  • The Product Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, drive product innovation, and maximize the success of our products in the market.


Responsibilities



  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's vision, goals, and priorities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to define product requirements and priorities.

  • Lead the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate new product opportunities and investment decisions.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product strategies.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product strategy and innovation.

  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Drive alignment and consensus across the organization on product strategy and execution.


Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills



  • MS or BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant fields.

  • At least 1 year experience of working with a Product Manager or an Associate Product Manager.

  • Experience working in product marketing, strategy consulting, or related roles.

  • Experience with managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

  • Experience in developing product and marketing strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to executive management.

  • Excellent understanding of software development and web technologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills and high responsibility

  • Strong ability of working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and market expansion.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
