Job Summary:



  • The Senior Technical Sales Engineer is a key member of the Sales Team and you will play a vital role in supporting the Lead Technical Sales Engineer in driving technical sales initiatives.

  • This position combines technical knowledge, client interaction, and coordination with internal teams to contribute to successful sales outcomes for the organization.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with the Lead Technical Sales Engineer to coordinate sales activities and initiatives.

  • Stay informed about the company's engineering products and services.

  • Provide technical expertise to the sales team and clients during the pre-sales process.

  • Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and addressing technical queries.

  • Support in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Participate in client meetings, visitations and contribute technical insights as needed.

  • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogues for OEMs, presentations, and sales materials.

  • Assist in preparing reports on sales performance and technical feedback.

  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Represent the company at events to network with potential clients and industry professionals.

  • Aid in the preparation of sales proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs.

  • Assist in tailoring proposals to address specific technical concerns.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing technical inquiries and concerns.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams.

  • Work closely with internal teams within the company to ensure effective communication and support.

  • Contribute to the development of technical sales collateral, presentations, and documentation.
