Job Description



We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the B2B sector, managing key accounts, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.


Salary: Negotiable


Responsibilities:



  1. Develop comprehensive strategies to grow the Brewery & Beverages Chemicals, Caramel, Hot melt Adhesive and Hydrogen Peroxide B2B market share. This includes identifying target markets, assessing competitors, and creating actionable plans to achieve sales targets

  2. Manage, supervise, and support the staffs to deliver on KPI as applicable

  3. Setting up weekly, monthly & Quarterly meetings with customers

  4. Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals. Monitor sales metrics and performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded

  5. Communicating new products & developments to prospective clients

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value to their businesses

  7. Lead and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success

  8. Develop and manage the B2B sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives

  9. Gathering and reporting market intelligence

  10. Implement profitably contract, tenders with customers

  11. Negotiating and closing business deals after proper approval from management

  12. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics. Present findings to senior management and provide insights for decision-making

  13. Inventory management (local supplies & import planning).


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Chemistry or a related field will also be considered.

  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 7 years with proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.

  • Analytical mind set with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Knowledge of the chemical industry market and trends.

  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Proficiency in procurement software and tools
