Responsibilities



  • Promoting the company's products.

  • Acting as the main point of contact with agents and distributors.

  • Implementing sales goals and communicating them to management.

  • Preparing sales reports and submitting them to management.

  • Promptly responding to customer requests.

  • Maximizing the growth potential of the business.

  • Ensuring that sales executives comply with industry regulations.

  • Collecting customer feedback as well as conducting market research.

  • Creating new Business to Government partnerships.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Must reside around Ikeja, Ojodu, Agege, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu.

  • Proven work experience in the solar industry is an added advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.

  • Proficient in basic accounting.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.

  • Sound organizational skills.

  • Ability to motivate staff and lead a team.

  • Solid knowledge of the sales terrain in Lagos.
