  • We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed.

  • This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities



  • Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for CEO

  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the CEO and executive team


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Professional demeanor and appearance
