We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed.
This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for CEO
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
Perform general administrative tasks to support the CEO and executive team
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
