Responsibilities

- Oversee the Development and Management of Internal Sales Operations and Processes to Ensure Alignment with Sales Strategies and Goals.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Existing and Potential Clients, Partners, and Stakeholders to Increase Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Providing Feedback and Support, and Recognizing and Rewarding Achievements.
- Provide the Strategic Leadership, Team Spirit, and the Drive to Ensure Achievement of Company Objectives.
- Manage Sales Team by Recruiting, Training, and Coaching Sales Representatives to Improve Efficiency and Productivity.
- Develop and Implement Sales Plans and Campaigns Using Digital Marketing Platforms Such as Social Media, Emails, Webinars, etc.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-8 Years of Sales Management Experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Using Digital Marketing Platforms and Tools Will Be an Added Advantage.
- Demonstrate Track Record of Achievement of Performance Management Improvement and Delivery at a Senior Management Level.
- Strong Knowledge of the Real Estate Market and Trends.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.
- Positive, Proactive, and Customer-Oriented Attitude.
