Responsibilities 



  • Represent the Company and Its Values with Excellence and Innovation to Customers, Partners, and Stakeholders Through Engaging and Compelling Communication, Following the Company’s Code of Conduct and Policies.

  • Oversee the Development and Management of Internal Sales Operations and Processes to Ensure Alignment with Sales Strategies and Goals.

  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Existing and Potential Clients, Partners, and Stakeholders to Increase Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Providing Feedback and Support, and Recognizing and Rewarding Achievements.

  • Provide the Strategic Leadership, Team Spirit, and the Drive to Ensure Achievement of Company Objectives.

  • Manage Sales Team by Recruiting, Training, and Coaching Sales Representatives to Improve Efficiency and Productivity.

  • Develop and Implement Sales Plans and Campaigns Using Digital Marketing Platforms Such as Social Media, Emails, Webinars, etc.


Qualifications

Education:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Experience:



  • Minimum of 6-8 Years of Sales Management Experience in the Real Estate Industry.


Skills:



  • Proficiency in Using Digital Marketing Platforms and Tools Will Be an Added Advantage.

  • Demonstrate Track Record of Achievement of Performance Management Improvement and Delivery at a Senior Management Level.

  • Strong Knowledge of the Real Estate Market and Trends.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.

  • Positive, Proactive, and Customer-Oriented Attitude.
