Job Description

• Our Client urgently requires the services of a Supervisor with OND, in any relevant field. The ideal candidate must be an experienced professional responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel, ensuring efficient management, and providing strategic direction.


• He/she would be in charge of supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining compliance with laws and guidelines.Knowledge of socialmedia markting will be an advantage

The job description includes:

• Supervising work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives


• Planning activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model


• Managing budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits


• Developing and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services


• Communicating with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)


• Dealing with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.


• Collaborating with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.


• Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
