Responsibilities

• Provide pre-installation and installation services for medical infrastructure technology PACS and RIS sold by JNCI according to OEM’s standards.


• Ensures operation of PACS/RIS by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for 


• repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.


• Implementation of PACS/RIS and other Hospital IT related Solutions for JNCI Customers to seek profitability


• Liaise with OEM for technical supports, warranty claims, equipment upgrades and product inquiries; escalate issues where necessary


• Responsible for management, maintenance, and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, servers, network devices, and productivity tools 


• Work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes 


• Test all changes to networks, hardware, software, and hosted applications 


• Cater to doing infrastructure coordination related to design and setup activities at different stages of a project 


• On-Site Operation/Demonstration and Users Care Maintenance Training


• After Sales Services and Preventive Maintenance Services of Healthcare Devices / Medical Equipment


• Improve customer experience by providing advice on best practices of equipment usage and maintenance culture


• The quality delivery of all services (contracted and otherwise) within JNCI, ensuring the delivery of customer satisfaction targets


• Maintain and monitor all network, security, and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements 


• Provide support and advisory services to relevant sales team and employees across the organization


• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by providing support as and when required


• Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports 

Qualifications

• First Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Infrastructure Technology


• 6+ years relevant work experience


• Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco/ITIL an advantage.


• Experience with desktop and server operating systems i.e., Windows and Cisco Network Environment.


• Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.


• Solid technical background in a hosted services environment including infrastructure networks, hardware, software, and telecommunications 


• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and SQL Server 


• Good knowledge of security as it relates to cloud-based infrastructure
